Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, WhatsApp Message, or SMS with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

Because every piece is custom-made just for you, we're unable to offer returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged in transit, send us an unboxing photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.

Shipping is free on every order — standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.

We start printing your custom piece soon after you order, so cancellations or changes are only possible before production begins — contact us on WhatsApp immediately and we'll do our best. Once your piece is in production or shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
