At AJ Studio, we print and pack every order with care. We know you are excited to receive your items, and we strive to get them to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Due to high demand during the holiday season, carriers may experience slight delays. To guarantee delivery by Christmas, please place your orders by [Insert Date, e.g., December 10th].

1. Processing Time (Making your Order)

Because many of our items are 3D printed on demand or hand-finished in our studio, please allow [1 to 3] business days for us to process, print, and pack your order before it is shipped.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Order Tracking

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

AJ Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our 3D printed items to ensure they arrive safely.

Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at [Insert Email] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. AJ Studio is not liable for errors made by the carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim.
