After placing your order: please send your photo(s) and Order ID to our WhatsApp — +91 89777 82244. Send them as a Document (not a compressed photo) or select HD quality when sharing, so we get the clearest version for printing.

- Standard Delivery — Free: Shipped via Xpressbees, Amazon Shipping, DTDC, or BlueDart (surface). Usually 4–7 days depending on your location.
- Express Delivery — ₹50: Shipped via BlueDart Air or DTDC Air. Usually 24–48 hours for Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities.

Because every piece is custom-made just for you, we're unable to offer returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged in transit, send us an unboxing photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
